Campaign promises and policy measures being taken after Trump took the office reflected Trump and his government’s basic ideas and political strategies on issues of crime control，that is，law and order restored in American society. To get illegal immigrants，especially criminals removed with strong legal means，hidden dangers and hotbed of crime were to be eliminated. However，there exist no cases that law and order are seriously damaged in the U.S. at present，so “restoring” rhetoric is not only a bluffing，but also miss the bull’s eye of crime issues. Meanwhile，illegal immigrants and their crimes are either not the core issues to crime in America. Therefore，the results and prospects of Trump’s policies and measures are not optimistic.
