This paper provides an investigation on the construction, distribution and use of the two limited housing in Beijing. We analyzes the supply system and management mechanism of the two limited housing, investigates the two limited housing construction and distribution in the recent years. This research think at present Beijing has formed a set of effective management mechanism on the two limited housing construction and distribution. The actual distribution of two limited housing is consistent with the aim of the city's human resources development. Inconvenient Commuting and poor quality is the two biggest problem for house-owners of the two limited housing.Therefore,the future policy goal should be to strengthen the construction of quality management and optimization of the project location selection. <<
