    2016年度河南省食品安全现状与消费者感知差异分析

    摘要

    食品安全是人类生存和发展最基本的物质条件,也是国家稳定、社会发展的最基本要求,历来受到各国政府和民众的高度关注。由于先前多次曝光的食品安全问题,我国政府采取了多项措施来监管食品市场。本文在河南省2016年度食品行业发展的背景下,通过调查统计,概述河南省食品安全趋于稳定的现状。同时,以消费者食品安全心理特征为研究对象,通过调查问卷和访谈分析得出消费者心理感知中的食品安全现状与实际状况有很大差异,二者之间存在“错位效应”,以及消费者评价与消费行为之间存在的“相悖效应”。在此基础上进一步阐述产生这种“错位效应”和“相悖效应”的内在原因。最后,将消费者感知与河南省食药监局2016年度食品抽检结果进行对比,得出消费者对食品安全现状的感知与实际状况存在偏差的结论,并对该问题提出解决对策。

    Abstract

    Food safety is the most basic material condition for the existence and development of human beings. It is also the most basic requirement of national stability and social development. Due to previous exposure of food safety issues,the Chinese government has taken a number of measures to regulate the food market. Based on the background of the development of food industry in Henan Province in 2016,this paper summarizes the current situation of food safety. At the same time,make consumers’ psychological characteristics of food safety as the research object,through the questionnaire and interview analysis,there is a great difference between the food safety situation from the perspective of consumer perception and the actual situation. We proposed the existence phenomenon as “dislocation effect”. The more manifest difference among the process is “contrary effect”. That is distinction between safety evaluation and consumer behaviors. In the fact,the results of actual survey are admirable but the perception of food safety is not optimistic. Based on the differences,this paper further expounds the inherent reasons of the “dislocation effect” and “contrary effect”. After that,according to the sampling results from Food and Drug Administration of Henan province for the year 2016,authenticating there is a deviation between current situation of consumer perception of food safety and the actual situation. Finally,the paper will put forward some feasible countermeasures to cope with the effects.
