Compared to previous generations，the new generation of female migrant workers has a higher level of education，ideology is more open and free，so the way of expression is more positive and more diverse. In addition to carrying out offline activities，but also with social media to carry out online activities，causing social concern. This paper takes example of four micro-blogs of new generation of female migrant workers，from the micro-blog content classification and the analyzation of dissemination effect，to study the development of the group’s online and offline. The purpose of this study is to explore how to effectively change the “double disadvantage” status of the group，and to solve the problem of equality and development.
