Rural governance is an important part of national governance. The survey found that there is a big gap between the current Henan province rural governance situation and the demands of the villagers，there are rural governance resources loss，economic foundation，weakening the traditional concept of “shake，three left behind the problem is serious，deterioration of the security situation，rights of poor channel and lack of public services has brought many new problems，new challenges to the province rural governance. We must renew the concept of governance，governance mechanism innovation，enrich the governance structure，perfect administrative measure，improve rural governance diversification，modernization level，continue to meet the basic demands of rural residents，improve the effectiveness of rural governance.
