With the development of China’s political，economic and social，Women’s federation service mode and means can’t meet the diverse needs of the masses，and grassroots Women’s Federation is insufficient in linking social power. Therefore，the reform of grassroots women’s federation become inevitable trend.Based on the analysis of the China Women’s Federation construction in recent years，Guangzhou Haizhu Women’s Federation explore grassroots women’s federation work conform to the requirements in the new period change and the service innovation patterns.
