The construction and development of a society is on the basis of every individual person. Thus，the relationship between men and women constitutes the most basic social relationship of human being，and gender culture constitutes the most important part of human social culture. A society cannot develop without advanced culture construction as a driving force and value，thus there are three ways to establish and popularize the right and advanced gender culture：First，establishing the right meaning of advanced culture. Second，finding out the reasons that result in the unequal gender culture. Third，applying the right ways to make advanced culture take its roots in our society.
