Sichuan province increased the investment of major cities’ infrastructure construction on road traffic，municipal pipe network，flood control and drainage，sewage treatment，garbage disposal，etc.. The government promoted the urban infrastructure construction orderly in different focal points，fields and regional characteristics，raised the level of the urban infrastructure construction comprehensively to accelerate Sichuan’s new urbanization construction rapidly.
