Since reform and opening，Henan private education was started in a very difficult situation，developed and expanded step by step，then leaped into the front ranks of the country in scale of education，the educational quality. As in September 2017 the implementation of the new revision of the “private education promotion law”，China’s private education will appears from scale expansion to quality improvement of inflection point. Facing the transformation，Henan private education is still existing in low social awareness，such problems as inadequate funding，the same of operating mechanism. This research through the review on the development of private education in Henan and display of the status quo，based on the trend of economic and social development is analyzed，puts forward the measures to resolve contradictions.
