近年来,受国家支持政策和实践发展需要的推动,各类农民合作社大量涌现。黑龙江基于自身资源禀赋,选择了一条以农机合作社提高组织化、规模化、专业化程度的现代大农业之路。仁发合作社是当地农机合作社的一个典型。本文在考察仁发合作社现状和成长历程的基础上,总结其创新做法,归纳其实践成效,剖析其存在问题,进而对其中一些共性的问题进行思考讨论。研究发现,农民合作社可以通过组织制度和分配方式创新,达到适度规模,从而实现规模经营效益,减少农业生产成本。但是农民合作社要想长期具有市场竞争优势,还必须稳固农产品的销售渠道,适当延长产业链条,努力打造品牌农业。
<<In recent years,the varied farmers’ cooperatives emerged promoted by the government support policy and the needs of practice and development. The Heilongjiang province select extraordinary agricultural ways which apply the agricultural machine cooperative to improve their organized,scaled and specialized level. The Renfa cooperative is typical of local agricultural machine cooperative. Based on reviewing Renfa’s current situation and growing process,this paper summarizes its innovative ways,concludes its practice utilities and analysis the potential problems,and thus we can better think of and debate some common issues from them. The research show that the farmers’cooperatives can come up to the modest scale by creating new organized systems and distribution means,therefore they will realize the scale operation benefits and decrease the agricultural production costs. But if the cooperative would like to own the long-term marketing competition advantage position,they also must maintain the production’s sale network,extend the industrial chain properly and try best to build up the brand agriculture.
