志愿者的维系关系到非营利组织的服务成效，而志愿者的维系与志愿者的动机能否在服务过程中得到满足或向积极的方面转变有关。笔者深入了解了志愿者的不同初始动机，并考察了不同动机在服务过程中的满足和转变过程，为非营利组织对志愿者的动员与组织策略提供了参考依据。
<<Maintenance of volunteers will affects the service effects of non-profit organization，and their maintenance depends on whether their motivation could be satisfied or oriented toward the positive during the service process. This study investigates the volunteers’different initial motivations and their satisfaction and transformation process during the service process. This could be the reference for non-profit organizations’ strategies to mobilize and organize volunteers.
