With increasingly fierce competition and consumers' higher demands,brand has become the enterprise's invisible asset,which is to be recognized by the consumers.Based on an analysis of the present situation and history in Shanxi province,this paper proposes the implication of product service-driven value increase for Shanxi's transformational development.This article points out three levels,namely,strategy,tactics and organization.Three factors are also provided and they are service for the consumers,service for the products and service for the conditions to realize differentiation in service.
