In the post-crisis era,developing cultural industries are of great significance to Shanxi's resource-reliant economy's transformational development,under the background of building innovative nation and the historical opportunity to construct Shanxi national integrated trial area for resource-reliant economy.This paper reveals the importance of the development of cultural industries to Shanxi's resource-reliant economy's transformational development,analyzes Shanxi culture industry's present situation.Based on this,the author investigates the path to develop Shanxi's cultural industries,and proposes policy recommendations for further promoting cultural industries to accelerate Shanxi's transformational development. <<
