    2011年中国城市女性消费状况调查报告

    摘要

    2011年,家庭收入用于消费、储蓄、投资的比例是61∶26∶13;家庭月消费为8761。4元,女性个人月消费为2560。6元;女性个人最大一笔开支按人数比例排在前5位的依次是:服装服饰、住房相关、食品、手机和珠宝首饰;55。3%的人参加过培训,平均花费为2955。2元;76。6%的人在网上购物;67。9%的家庭外出旅游,年均消费为8871。7元;67。8%的家庭有投资。女性最担忧的是消费安全,最忧虑的事情是“物价上涨”;消费侵权事件频发,影响女性和家庭消费。2012年服装服饰、化妆品和家用电器是3大消费热点,76。2%的家庭有投资计划,55。7%的家庭有旅游计划。希望政府有效控制物价,改善消费环境,保护消费者权益。希望企业履行社会责任,加强诚信自律,对消费安全负责。希望媒体杜绝虚假报道,发挥舆论监督作用。希望消费者协会充分发挥对商品和服务的监督作用,维护消费者权益。 <<

    Abstract

    In 2011,trends in household income and consumption show the ratio of family consumption,household saving and investment is 61∶26∶13.The average monthly household consumption is 8761.4 yuan,and women's individual monthly consumption is 2560.6 yuan.According to survey findings,the largest amount of money women spent on themselves are items in the following order:clothing,housing-related articles,food,mobile phones and jewelry.55.3 percent women have taken part in training,spending 2955.2 yuan on average.76.6 percent women shopped online.67.9 percent women traveled,spending 8871.7 yuan on average.67.8 percent families have investment.Women worry most about consumption safety.They feel most anxious about price increase.Violation of consumer right occurs frequently and this has affected women and their family consumption.Clothing,cosmetics and home appliances are the three hot consumption items for 2012.76.2 percent families have investment plans.55.7 percent families have travel plans for 2012.They hope the government will effectively control price increase,improve consumption environment,and protect consumers' rights.They hope enterprises will perform their social responsibility,strengthen self-discipline and credibility,and be responsible to consumption safety.They hope the media will ban fake reports and play supervisory role.They also hope consumers' associations will fully play their role to supervise goods and services,in order to protect consumers' rights. <<
