The global economy was turbulent and downward in 2016. Although Black swans happened frequently，the global economy did not suffer serious shock and entered the low speed as well as steady growth cycle. In 2017，the global economy is expected to present the recovery pattern due to the leading of the United States and emerging market countries. But growth momentum is still weak. China’s economy met the annual economic development goals under the promotion of policy，and the supply side appeared smooth running in 2016. In 2017，China’s economy will still be under the downward pressure. If the risk prevention measures are appropriate and the policy of reform works，it would achieve expected growth.
