“Dinning counts most for people，of which safety comes first.” The quality safety of the agricultural products had become an important challenge for China’s economic development and social stability. In recent years，the central and local governments have issued various rules and regulations and adopted a lot of measures，and the quality safety of the agricultural products has been improved. However，the problems are still serious and unsolved. This paper first describes the current situation of the quality safety of the agricultural products，then analyses the issue in all the nodes，along the supply chain of agricultural products，including the production，storage，processing，transportation，wholesale，retail，and consumption. Based on the analysis mentioned above，this paper further puts forward the suggestions on the improvement of the quality safety of the agricultural products，such as improving the legal system，promoting the professional trainings，enhancing the risk protection，and so on.
