20世纪90年代以来,我国剧院行业开始了现代化建设的进程,行业发展体系基本形成。但受剧院定位定性、文化市场竞争、行业边缘化趋势等因素的影响,剧院的改革发展仍面临着剧院“空巢化”现象严重、区域不均衡和结构不均衡并存、经营管理模式单一、剧院与剧团“二元割裂”、运营成本与经营收入失衡等诸多困境与不足。“十三五”时期,应借鉴国外的先进经验,在厘清剧院功能定位的基础上,通过“供给侧改革”、“需求侧拉动”,形成推进剧院行业发展的顶层设计、政策促进体系、整体性战略规划和具体推进措施。
<<Since 1990s,China’s theater industry began the modernization and the industry system was basically established. However,under the influence of the theater location,cultural market competition,industry marginalization trends and other factors,the development of the theater industry is still faced with many difficulties and deficiencies:the ‘empty nest’ phenomenon of the theatre is serious;coexistence of regional imbalance and structural imbalance remains;the pattern of operation and management is one-fold;the theatre and troupes are ‘Dual Fragment’;the operational cost and income is imbalanced and so on. During the ‘Thirteenth Five-Year’ plan period,we should learn from the advanced experience of foreign countries in order to form the top-level design of the theater industry development,policy support system,the overall strategic planning and specific measures by ‘supply-side reform’ and ‘demand-side-pull’ on the basis of clarifying the functional orientation of the theater.
