The economy of Henan province is on the fifth，but the financial development level can’t match it. Because “financial YuJun” is the necessary support to build economic strong province. “Financial YuJun”’function in the service economy is playing a more and more important role in the construction of strong province，. Based on the present situation of Henan financial and the rising of “financial YuJun”，I put forward the overall design that how “financial YuJun” strengthens Henan province，which boils down to “financial YuJun” service countermeasures and Suggestions for the construction of economic strong province.
