Under the guidance of development new idea featured by innovation，coordination，green，openness and sharing，advancing the optimization of economic structure and the transformation of development force and methods are one of the critical steps to fulfill the 13rd Five Year Plan aim of building a well-off society in an all-round way and promoting economic and social development to a new stage and to get adapted to New Normal for economic development. The five development ideas，including innovation，coordination，green，openness and sharing，have mutually connected，depended and complemented which embody the overall，coordinative，balanced，inclusive and sustainable features of development and form idea system of socialism cause development with Chinese characteristic. Among this system，innovation is the first development force，cooperation its internal requirement，green its necessary condition and openness and sharing being its only way and ultimate goal respectively.
