In this study，we take the investment in fixed assets of Henan province as a perspective，and analyze the strategic significance of investment in fixed assets for upgrading Henan economy，based on this analysis，we analyze the current situation and the restricting factors in the process of investment in fixed assets of Henan province. The factors including investment efficiency，financing channels，investment structure restrict investment in fixed assets in Henan province. Then，the basic ideas and path selection of investment in fixed assets in Henan province during the thirteen five period are proposed，and some suggestions are put forward to improve the level of investment in fixed assets in Henan province.
