In 2016，Henan maintaining the momentum of rapid development of service industry，service industry output growth and the proportion rising，investment structure pattern of “321” preliminary established，smooth，healthy and continuous development of service industry of the province’s economic and social support significantly enhanced，achieved good start on the implementation of 13th Five-Year plan. In 2017，as the supply side structural reform deepening，the national strategic planning and strategy in our province platform combination stacking effect further，service industry will continue to maintain the high speed growth. Development scale，development quality and further enhance economic and social benefit which are good to build strong economic province，build the “three highlands”，realize “three big ascension” lay a solid foundation. In this paper，with systematic analysis of the service industry development in Henan province in 2016，the projections for 2017 service industry development main data，i put forward the countermeasures to speed up the construction of a powerful province of modern service industry.
