Community culture，as the most important way of community construction in the new period，its development status has a great impact on the healthy operation of the community. In this paper，the development of community culture practice of Shangcheng District of Hangzhou city as an example，the relationship between community culture and community building，community culture construction and community culture，on the path of practical work in the actual case，combining with the actual demand，optimize social coordination，strengthen community spirit cultivation in the importance of community culture construction.
