In the period of social transformation，people’s mediation work is facing the new situation and new tasks and new requirements，the Xicheng District people’s mediators solving the people’s masses of the people for the purpose of work and actively carry out the network construction of organization. To further improve the team construction of community people’s mediation，the Xicheng District Bureau of justice investigated on community people’s mediators and the people’s mediation organization network construction，and found the related problems，put forward to the related solutions.
