Under the background of the aging of population in the current world，the reform of pension mode has gradually become an important problem to be solved. Among the existing three major pension modes in China，Community Home Care，combining several advantagesof home care and institutional pension，inevitablybecome the trend. Based on the research of “Day Care Centers” of Beijing community home cares，this paper analyzes the reasons for the existence of idle Day Care Centers in Beijing，and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions. This article is not only a study of the current situation of China’s community home care model，but also the analysis and response to the current pension policy.
