The community quantitative assessment is an attempt to promote the refinement of social governance，and it is also the practice of the target management responsibility system in grassroots community governance. To strengthen the construction of community workers in our country，it is urgent to innovate the evaluation system. To build a community quantitative evaluation system，you first need to clear community assessment of the goals，principles，and design a scientific and effective system of indicators according to the actual situation of community work，not simply copy other areas of assessment system. It must be clear to its limits，and to prevent its possible negative functions，when we implement community quantitative assessment.
