社区工作者的量化考核是推进社会治理精细化的一种尝试,也是目标管理责任制在社区治理中的实践。加强我国社区工作者队伍建设,亟须创新社区考核体系。引进量化考核体系,需要明确社区工作者考核的目标、原则,并结合社区工作实际,设计出科学有效的指标体系,不能简单照搬其他领域的考核体系。在推行社区量化考核的同时,必须清楚其限度,预防其可能的“负功能”。

It must be clear to its limits,and to prevent its possible negative functions,when we implement community quantitative assessment.
