This paper makes an in-depth exploration of the residents’ participation in community public service，and the subjective evaluation of community public services. In general，in community governance and residents’ participation，the community of Balizhuang Street Governance is better. But also need to be improved from several aspects，both the classification of governance，increase investment，broaden the way，technological innovation.
