Public rental housing security is developing rapidly in Beijing as an important form of housing. Public rental housing is to achieve home ownership，to complete the important content of the construction of affordable housing projects. To study the supply and post management of public rental housing is the key to the sustainable development of public rental housing. But there are few discussions about how to manage it. In general，management mechanism for the government as the main body to build the public rental，drawback of administrative management is，as everyone knows，so，what kind of structure the community governance of public rental area should adopt，what is the system of governance，involve a lot of problems.
