Industrial poverty alleviation is an important way to realize the sustainability of poverty alleviation. Changyin is a typical representative of the benefit of poverty alleviation in furniture industry. Changyin village take furniture industry guidance，personnel training，land security and financial security of poverty alleviation ideas and pathways to achieve the “blood transfusion” to “hematopoietic” poverty alleviation changes，and achieved good poverty alleviation effect. Based on the “people industry land” poverty reduction performance evaluation index，through the field investigation of the changyin village，it is found that the implementation of the poverty alleviation policy has certain performance，but the residents ‘livelihood capital improvement is limited，the social exclusion phenomenon still exists；the residents’ Satisfied，benefiting poor farmers’ living standards improved significantly，and the sustainability of poverty alleviation was enhanced. In view of the problems existing in the poverty alleviation industry in Changyin Village，it is proposed to scientifically plan the development of village industry，cultivate the characteristics of furniture industry，strengthen the organization and leadership of poverty alleviation，strengthen the capacity of village self-development，and help the enterprises and the use of living financial funds to participate in poverty alleviation.
