This paper discusses the significance of intellectual property talent for the national innovation and development strategy，and also for the demand of TCM development. The present situation and problem of intellectual property talent about TCM in China and Beijing，and the role of implement intellectual property administration standards for talent training are analyzed. Suggestionabout how to strengthen the construction of TCM intellectual property talent team in Beijing from aspects of universal education system，multi-channel，multi-level and classifaction talent mechanism is given.
