进入21世纪以来,国际青少年体育的理论与实践均出现具有鲜明改革特征的新发展。人们更加注意从终身体育的角度来认识青少年体育,从体育与教育及社会关联的角度来发展青少年体育,青少年体育呈现出整合发展和包容发展的新趋势。在这一过程中,竞技运动的教育功能得到深度开发和广泛应用,既被用于吸引普通中小学生,特别是体育兴趣不足的中小学生参与体育,也被用于竞技运动后备人才的培养。我国青少年体育的发展趋势,与世界青少年体育发展的基本走向是一致的,存在的问题多有相似性。借鉴国外经验,立足中国国情,我们应从教育的角度,重新认识竞技运动对青少年的教育价值,确定竞技运动在学校体育中的基础地位,发挥青少年体育运动学校的教育示范效应,以促进青少年全面发展的竞技运动来统合今天的中国青少年体育。
<<The practice and the theory of the global youth PE have developed with distinct reform features since the new century. It pays more attention to study youth PE from the perspective of life-long sports and sports humanistic sociology,youth PE has shown the tendency of integrated and inclusive development. Therefore,the function of the competitive sports was given into full play,attracting more junior and elementary schools students,especially those who are not interested in sports and cultivating competitive sports reserve talent. Our country shares the same tendency of youth PE development and problems with other countries all over the world. We should refresh our ideas about the value of competitive sports for teenagers and set it as a base school education by drawing experience from other countries. Besides,teenager sports schools can play an exemplary role to integrate today’s Chinese teenager PE with competitive sports that will benefit teenagers’ all-around development.
