    加强安徽产业集群区域品牌建设研究

    摘要

    本文基于品牌经济学相关理论,总结了韩国品牌计划的实施、日本品牌商标G制度的制定、德国品牌培育体系的完善、美国品牌文化的形式等各方面经验,及浙江产业集群区域品牌建设轨迹,分析了安徽品牌建设环境、条件、状况、问题,提出了产业集群区域品牌建设策略及路径。研究认为应分类施策、夯实基础、分层推进。实施区域品牌建设的示范区,应明确主体职责,搭建公共服务平台,强化产品质量标准体系建设;以产业规划和品牌规划为指导,以遵循品牌章程为前提,以品牌价值最大化为导向,建立区域品牌培育与管理体系,规范企业品牌运作行为,优化集群整体竞争力,实现集群产业升级和区域经济跨越式发展。

    Abstract

    Based on the theory of brand economics related, summarizes the implementation of the south Korean brand plan, the Japanese brand trademark G system development, the improvement of the German brand cultivation system, the brand culture and so on various aspects in the form of experience, and zhejiang industry cluster regional brand construction, analyzes the anhui brand construction environment, conditions, status, problems, put forward the regional industry cluster brand construction strategy and path.Research should think classification ShiCe, solid foundation, hierarchical propulsion.The implementation of regional brand construction of the demonstration zone, should clear the main body responsibility, set up public service platform, strengthen product quality standard system.Guided by the industrial planning and brand planning, on the premise that follow the articles of association of the brand to brand value maximization as the guidance, establish the regional brand cultivation and management system, standardize enterprise brand operation, optimize the cluster competitiveness, realize cluster upgrading industries and regional economic development by leaps and bounds. <<
