体育传统项目学校是我国竞技体育发展历程的缩影,见证了我国“三级训练体制”的浮沉,经历了初建、快速发展、调整与内涵发展四个阶段。体育传统项目学校师资培训是应我国青少年体育发展的新形势与新要求,在内涵发展阶段加强学校体育工作,提升师资水平,巩固体育后备人才培养基础的重要举措。目前,已完成2008~2012年和2013~2015年两个阶段的培训工作。两个阶段的培训过程管理有序、方法得当、成效显著,共计培训学员4万余名,同时,在培训过程中也暴露出一些问题和不足。新阶段(2016~2020年)培训工作已经关注到这些问题和不足,并在新的规划中不断改进与完善,确保新一轮培训工作的顺利开展。
<<Traditional sports event as a micro of China’s competitive sports has witnessed the ups and downs of a three-tier training system,which has undergone four stages namely start up,rapid development,adjustment and connotative development. In response to the new reality and demand,teacher training program focuses on strengthening school physical education,improving teacher professionalism,and enhancing cultivation of sports reserve talent in the fourth stage. Up to now,it has completed two stages of 2008-2012 programs and 2013-2015 programs,which proved to be orderly,proper and effective with over 40,000 trainees. However,there are some problems remained to be solved in the new training program from the year of 2016 to 2020 to ensure its sound development.
