2016 is the first year of the “13th Five-Year” plan of Henan energy development，and also a crucial year for the energy supply side structural reform. This paper focuses on energy and environment，introduces ten-hot-events in the year of 2016，including the 2016 annual energy work conference of Henan province，the national development cooperation framework agreement signed by the Henan province government and the State Grid Corporation of China （SGCC）.
