河南省长期以化石能源为主，当前非化石能源消费比重为6%、非水可再生能源发电量比重为2。2%，国家要求2020年河南省非化石能源消费比重达到7%以上、非水可再生能源电力消纳量占全社会用电量比重7%，加快发展可再生能源，促进能源发展绿色转型任务艰巨。本文在详细分析2016年河南省可再生能源发展情况的基础上，展望了2017年河南省可再生能源发展面临的形势，对2017年河南省可再生能源发展进行了预判，并提出相关对策建议。
<<For a long time，fossil energy has been the major components of energy consumption in Henan Province，nowadays，the proportion of non-fossil energy consumption is 6%，and the power consumption of non-water renewable is 2.2% of the total power consumption. China requires that the proportion of non-fossil energy consumption of Henan in 2020 should reach more than 7%，the power consumption of non-water renewable should reach 7% of the total power consumption. The energy transformation is a difficult task. The development situation of renewable energy is analyzed in 2016，the facing situation is expected in and the development is also overcalled in 2017. This paper anticipates the development situation of Henan renewable energy，and put forward the countermeasures for the development of renewable energy of Henan province.
