本报告以2015年全民健身活动状况调查中全国6~19岁儿童青少年体育活动状况调查数据为基础,对我国6~9岁、10~12岁、13~15岁和16~19岁四个年龄段53401名儿童青少年的学校体育课、学校课外体育活动和校外体育活动的开展状况、组织情况、参与意愿、场地设施、组织效率等进行了研究。结果显示,在校的儿童青少年每周参加1次及以上体育锻炼的人数比例为99。3%,但随着年龄的增长,每周参加体育锻炼的次数逐渐减少;每周上2~3次体育课的人数比例最高;在校外体育锻炼中,持续时间在30~59分钟的人数比例最高;体育课是在校儿童青少年参与体育活动的主要途径,每周有2天上体育课的人数所占比例最大,体育课运动强度主要以中等运动强度为主;每周课外活动为2天的人数所占比例最大;每周有2天参加校外体育活动的学生比例最高;儿童青少年随着年龄的增长对球类项目的需求越来越高;在校外参加体育锻炼的主要组织形式是“由同学(朋友)、同事自发组织”;参与体育运动场所比例最大的是校园体育场(馆);影响我国儿童青少年参与体育锻炼的因素主要是强身健体和喜欢、好玩;不愿参加体育锻炼的原因主要是怕“影响学习”。本研究还对今后我国儿童青少年体育活动的开展提出政策建议。
<<Based on the data of sports activities situation survey of children and adolescents from age 6 to 19 throughout the country in the study of national fitness activities in the year of 2015,53401 adolescents,divided into four age groups,from 6-9,10-12,13-15,16-19 years of age,received the research on PE class,in-class and out-of-class sport activity organization,participation,facilities and the efficiency of organization. The rate of children and adolescents who exercised once or more in a week is 99.3%,however,times would come down with the growth of age;Those who had 2 or 3 P.E. classes every week enjoyed the highest rate;As for exercise out of school,most of them chose to do about 30 to 59 minutes at a time;P.E. class was the main approach to sports activities for children and adolescents,which contained the moderate intensity,and most of them had it in 2 days of a week;Most of them had extracurricular activities in 2 days every week;The highest rate of students was that of those who participate in sports activities out of school in 2 days every week;There is an increasing Children and adolescents’ demand for ball games with the growth of age;The form of organization of after-school sports was that friends classmates or colleagues participated spontaneously;And the places where they did exercise out of school were always stadiums or gymnasiums;The main factor why these adolescents did sports was that exercise could build their bodies and gave them too much fun and they were fond of it;And those who refused to do so said that it would interfere with their study. What’s more,the study makes policy suggestions for the development of sport activities among children and adolescents of our country.
