Henan province is in a critical period of energy transformation and development. As transition energy from fossil energy to Non-fossil energy，natural gas consumption will show a rapid growth trend. The paper in-depth analyses the development characteristics of Henan natural gas industry in 2016 and the development environment of natural gas industry in 2017. Meanwhile the paper made a situation prediction and proposed countermeasures for healthy and rapid development of Henan natural gas industry.
