This report reviews the discovery process of the artemisinin，by comparing four Artemisinin Drugs-dihydroartemisinin，artemether，Arteether and artesunate-from the history of science research and their industrialization roads. Then，intellectual property status of artemisinin drugs is studied，showing different development routes from science researching to the market overseas. At last，some references and inspirations are provided for the Traditional Chinese Medicine about innovation，cooperation and market operation.
