This paper evaluates the service capacity of internal medicine（cardiovascular medicine，respiratory medicine，digestive medicine，neurology，oncology，pediatrics）of county-level hospitals in China. Ranking results：the internal medicine top 20 county-level hospitals are from the top 60 county level comprehensive hospitals，which are from Jiangsu，Shandong，Zhejiang，Guangdong，Hubei，Sichuan，Hunan，Guangxi，Hebei and Jilin provinces；the top 20 specialties are better in the quality of medical care and patient safety；there are problems like high rate of bed use and low proportion of highly educated physicians.
