Evaluations on the rankings of the specialties hospitals（Surgery Series：General Surgery，Orthopedics，Urology，Neurosurgery，ICU，Obstetrics and Gynecology）of county-level in China：top 20 Surgery hospitals of county-level are located in the top 50 comprehensive ranking of hospitals in the county level，distributed in Jiangsu，Shandong，Zhejiang，Guangdong，Hubei，Hunan，Sichuan and Jilin，the eight provinces. Although the scientific research capacity is generally weak in the top 20 Surgery hospitals of county-level，their performance in the scale configuration，service capacity，medical quality，patient safety and other aspects are better，being able to better complete the medical tasks which needs to be undertaken by hospitals of this level.
