The efficient allocation of hospital material resources is an important prerequisite for promoting the fairness and accessibility of medical services and the sustainable development of medical security system. Domestic hospital management lacks the scientific evaluation method of equipment efficiency. Through the mathematical model，Ailibi material resources efficiency simulation platform（Hospital Simulation Platform，HSP）evaluate the use efficiency of hospital material resources，assist the hospitals at all levels to rationally allocate resources，reduce duplication of purchase and improve the operational efficiency of material resources.
