The best comprehensive hospitals in China have been cover in this Top hospitals list. In this paper，the Top 100 hospitals in China are evaluated as the core of medical technology and academic influence. The result shows that the Top 100 hospitals are mainly concentrated in Beijing，Shanghai，Guangzhou and other first-tier cities. Eastern and Northern China areas are more competitive than other areas. Outpatient and emergency amount as well as the inpatient operations amount have a sharp growth from last year. At the same time，the load of beds and medical staff also face great pressure. The development of the top hospitals should follow a moderate growth model and regional difference should be considered carefully.
