本文综合评价中国县级医院服务能力。中国县级医院100强的年门急诊量连续5年保持高增长，年均增长超过10%，2016年增速放缓；县级医院100强主要分布在江苏（23家）、山东（23家）、浙江（15家）等东部沿海经济发达省份，东强西弱格局不变，其中华东独占鳌头。县级医院发展不均衡问题亟待解决。
<<In this paper，China’s county hospitals service ability has been evaluated comprehensively. The outpatient and emergency amount of Top 100 China’s county hospitals maintain high growth for five consecutive years with an average 10% annual growth. But in this year，the speed is slowing down. The top 100 county hospitals are mainly distributed in economically developed provinces in the eastern coast of China like Jiangsu（23）
Shandong（23）and Zhejiang（15），which presents a pattern that eastern area is more stronger than the west. Among them，the eastern China hold a prominent position. The imbalance of county hospitals’ development demands an urgent solution.
