in this paper，according to the current Beijing rural pollution status，the main causes of pollution in rural areas of Beijing is analysed，Beijing rural major pollution can be divided into four categories：coal pollution，pesticide and fertilizer pollution，water pollution，and waste pollution. In determining the governance principles Beijing rural pollution control mainly based on，main countermeasures are put forward respectively for four kinds of pollution.
