With the deepening of the degree of aging in our country，accelerating the building of sustainable development of the pension service system has become the focus of government and society. Under the guidance of the ease of non-capital function and the Beijing Tianjin Hebei integration policy，the pension service system of Beijing is particular. Based on the analysis of the necessity and problems of Beijing city to speed up the sustainable development of the pension service system，This paper puts forward the construction system of the sustainable development of the old age service system in Beijing，and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects，the financial，fiscal and taxation，pension goods industry and long-term care services.
