The social security services for disabled people in Beijing have reached high level during the period of 2011 to 2015. Based on reviewing the main policies in social security system for the disabled in Beijing，some positive analyses about the rehabilitation，employment，social security and subsistence allowances for the handicapped，subsidy system for disabled people with difficulties and severely handicapped and the building of the poverty alleviation and assistance base. are made in this paper. It is found that a few aspects need to be improved，which include shortage of demand services based on the disabled，urban-rural gap，information network in the social security system for persons with disabilities. In the future，the focus is to establish the personalized social security system，to speed up the integration between urban and rural of social security，as well as to improve the public service evaluation mechanism.
