With the advent of an aging society，government attaches great importance to public pension problem and attempts to raise the supply of pension services. Furthermore，in the Twelfth the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan，guidance for the construction of old-age service system is put forward in succession. Since Beijing government established “9064” pension model，it has provided strong support in finance and policy to promote the status of multi-level endowment service supply system. At the same time，the government encourages social forces to enter endowment industry，and promulgates a series of related documents to guide and standardize pension services market supply. Beijing endowment service and pension related industry has achieved rapid development. However，there are still some problems existing in pension services industry and related supplies at the regional layout，service level，service content，workers，etc.
