After the first three-year action plan,the pre-school education in Beijing has alleviated the difficulty of admission to some extent,but it is still an important and urgent problem to be solved. Equilibrium development of pre-school education need to be achieved. Beijing are experiencing a good trend of equilibrium development of pre-school education. However,the demand for pre-school education is widening,the educational resources are scarce,and the supply and demand of pre-school education varied in different regions. In the future,it is still necessary to solve the problem of “kindergarten crunch”. In general,the total amount of pre-school education resources in Beijing is insufficient and the quantity balance is difficult to reach. The regional distribution of pre-school education resources is not balanced,and the problems of entering public kindergarten difficultly and entering private kindergarten expensively are still very prominent. It is suggested that we should take measures from the three aspects of quantity balance,regional balance and quality balance. In detail,vigorously developing the public kindergartens and taking measures to support the construction of low-cost private kindergartens;carrying out advance layout and scientific planning to promote equilibrium allocation;and developing teachers’ reserves and professional training to improve the quality of education.
