2015年，全国13个省域文化投入总量增长超过15%，其中7个省域总量增长超过20%；10个省域文化投入人均值增长超过15%，其中7个省域人均值增长超过20%。浙江、湖南、福建、宁夏、重庆处于年度总量、人均值增长前5位。各省域文化投入增长综合评价排行：无差距理想值横向测评，西藏、北京、青海、甘肃、吉林为“2015年度综合指数排名”前5位；自身基数值纵向测评，青海、重庆、四川、西藏、海南为“2000～2015年综合指数提升”前5位；青海、西藏、海南、陕西、内蒙古为“2005～2015年综合指数提升”前5位；福建、湖南、贵州、广西、青海为“2010～2015年综合指数提升”前5位；湖南、福建、重庆、浙江、山西为“2014～2015年综合指数提升”前5位。
<<In 2015，the total culture investment increased by over 15% in 13 provinces，in 7 of which by over 20%. The per capita value of culture investment increased by over 15% in 10 provinces，in 7 of which by over 20%. Zhejiang，Hunan，Fujian，Ningxia and Chongqing ranked top 5 in the total growth and the per capita value growth. The ranking of the comprehensive evaluation of the culture investment growth across the provinces is as follows：In the lateral evaluation of ideal value without urban-rural and regional gaps，Tibet，Beijing，Qinghai，Gansu and Jilin ranked top five in the 2015 annual composite index leaders；In the vertical evaluation of own base value throughout the past years，Qinghai，Chongqing，Sichuan，Tibet and Hainan ranked top five in the 2000-2015 composite index runners-up；Qinghai，Tibet，Hainan，Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia ranked top five in the 2005-2015 composite index runners-up；Fujian，Hunan，Guizhou，Guangxi and Qinghai ranked top five in the 2010-2015 composite index runners-up；Hunan，Fujian，Chongqing，Zhejiang and Shanxi ranked top five in the 2014-2015 composite index runners-up.
