“Wenhan Jiazhou. Train of the masses” is the second batch of successful national public cultural service demonstration project，which organically integrated the public cultural service and local economic development，carried out a public cultural service mode established by government with integrated resources that connected directly to the people. The project took four brands as cater，achieved “five straight” and explored a basic pattern of Leshan public cultural service system.
