In order to enhance the cultural awareness and cultural self-confidence of the public，and to meet the diverse cultural needs of the people at maximum extent，The Jiulongpo district of Chongqing keeps the idea that “government guidance，community involvement，social organizations（companies）sponsorship，mutual benefit”，regards the items of demonstrating national public cultural service area as cater，and takes guiding and supporting organizations（companies）existing in the area as the carriers，to explore a variety of input ways of public cultural service system. This paper analyzes the basic case，main achievement and problems of the construction of public cultural service in the cultural enterprise participate zone of Jiulongpo，hoping to further promote the construction of public cultural service system to a new level.
